What is a Unique Ability Team and why has Financial Foundations built the entire company on this core ideology?
From the moment we embraced the Unique Ability concept, it has made life immediately more enjoyable, it contributes to improved cooperation, produces practical results that keep getting better, and makes personal happiness a daily reality.
We believe that every person is born with a potential Unique Ability that has four characteristics: First, it is a superior ability that other people notice and value; second, we love doing it and want to do it as much as possible; third, it is energizing both for us and others around us; and, fourth, we keep getting better, never running out of possibilities for further improvement.

When you strategically group individuals with different Unique Abilities that compliment each other together in a working environment, a Unique Ability Team is born. Since each person is contributing in a manner that makes them happy, provides them with energy, and that they are good at, the results we are able to produce as a whole far surpass anything we could do by ourselves. No one is ever forced to perform in an area of their personal weakness. We want to be in a position to give the best of everything to our client community, and we start each day by sharing the best of our team.
