employmentAt Financial Foundations, we talk a lot about the value of Unique Ability® and the importance of Unique Ability® Teamwork. We believe that it is so valuable that the entire staff has been strategically formed in reverence of this idea. But what do we mean by “Unique Ability Teamwork”? How does it work and why do we take such care with it?

Unique Ability Teamwork is what happens when a team of people who are doing what they are best at and what they love to do, coordinate their activities to produce an agreed-upon result.

Each person who has been accepted onto the Financial Foundations team has an identified area of expertise, and the individual efforts are collectively coordinated to best serve the client, the project, and the company. Like all good partnerships, it requires alignment on the result, shared values, excellent communication, and an ability to cooperate built on mutual respect and trust. Without this core, the teamwork would break down and ultimately lead to failure.

Our Unique Ability Team is an internal strategic alliance and our Team Leaders have been with the firm since it was officially incorporated in 2001. We are always searching for talented problem-solvers who not only want a career, but want to make a difference.
